Is there a free trial?

In beta, every account is free. The paid plans on this page ship at launch; you can keep using the product on a 30-day trial before your first charge.

How does Org seat billing work?

Pick your seat count on the Organization card at checkout (5-seat minimum). The server enforces the floor — anything below 5 is clamped to 5. You can change the seat count afterward from your dashboard; changes prorate against your next invoice.

What does the Record Assembly add-on cover?

A professional credential assembly compiles, verifies, and certifies your license, certification, and training records into a single audit-ready dossier — one-time $129 charge, lived in your dashboard Billing page.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans are prorated; we credit the unused portion against your next invoice.

How does billing work?

Payments go through Stripe — we never see your card. You'll get an emailed receipt and can update billing details from your dashboard at any time.
